Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the G&R Sim Sports website at gandrsimsports.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

G&R Sim Sports provides the following services:

• Custom iRacing livery design (G&R Livery Designs)
• Competitive sim racing league management (G&R Racing League)
• Endurance sim racing events (G&R Endurance)

Livery Design Service

When you submit a livery design request, you agree that:

• You have the right to use any logos, images, or other content you upload to us.
• Payment is required before design work begins. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Revision rounds are limited to those specified per pricing tier.
• Completed livery files are for personal iRacing use only and may not be resold or distributed.
• G&R Sim Sports retains the right to display completed designs in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Refunds

Refunds are available if work has not yet begun on your design. Once design work has commenced, refunds are at our discretion. If you are unhappy with your completed livery, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design assets — is the property of G&R Sim Sports or our content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content through our forms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G&R Sim Sports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
